At The Red Balloon Toy Store, we want you to love every piece of fashion you purchase for your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
